Our Services

Everything you need to make this journey abroad successful—We are dedicated to make it your reality

We are Unique!

You’re not just applying to school. You’re building a new life. Let’s do it properly.

When people hear “study abroad services,” they think it’s just about applying to a university. But that’s only one piece of the puzzle.

The truth is, there are at least 15 moving parts in the process—and if you miss even one, it can delay your dream for years.

At Hardinno, we’ve designed our services to take the pressure off you—by guiding you through everything, step by step, with clear explanations and zero shortcuts.

Here’s how we help:

Career and Counselling

You can’t afford to choose the wrong course. We help you decide what to study based on your long-term goals like PR or job relocation, your academic background, your chances of admission and visa approval, and the job opportunities available in your destination country. After this session, you’ll walk away with clarity—not confusion.

University Admission Support

Some schools waste your time, while others increase your visa chances. We help you apply to universities that are affordable—some under ₦15M per year—have high visa approval rates, offer fee waivers or flexible payment plans, and align with your long-term migration goals. We also take care of application forms, document reviews, and deadlines, so you avoid costly mistakes.

SOP, CV and Academic documentation

What you write can either strengthen or damage your application. We help you create a powerful SOP that clearly explains your story and intentions, a professional CV that proves you’re ready for international study, and reference letters that strengthen your chances. No awkward grammar. No generic templates. Just documents that truly reflect you.

Visa Processing and Mock Interviews

You don’t just submit a visa—you defend it. We guide you in preparing and organizing your documents, crafting strong visa statements like your SOP or study plan, and practicing with real visa interview questions. You’ll know exactly what to say, what to avoid, and how to present yourself with confidence when it matters most.

proof of funds (POV) assistance

Many visa refusals are caused by Proof of Funds issues. We explain how much money is required depending on the country, what type of bank account is acceptable, how long the money needs to remain there, and how to access safe, legal short-term POF through our trusted partners. No fake statements. No panic. Just clarity and workable solutions.

Scholarship and Tuition discount support

If you’re not actively looking for scholarships, you could be missing out on millions in savings. We help you find schools that offer scholarships or bursaries, guide you through writing strong essays or motivation letters, and ensure you apply early to increase your chances. Some of these schools even allow partial payment after arrival.

Accomodation Booking

Landing in a new country without a place to stay is risky. We help you secure safe, verified housing—on-campus or off-campus—and where possible, we help you spread out the payments. You won’t be chasing unknown landlords or falling for scams. We handle it early, so you arrive with peace of mind.

Flight booking and travel arrangements

We don’t disappear once your visa is out. We help you book affordable flights—whether solo or group tickets—and make sure you have airport pickup, safe transit, and a clear travel route. You’ll land prepared, not overwhelmed.

Pre-Departure Briefing

Culture shock is real, and it starts before you even land. We help you know what to pack, how to behave at immigration, what to expect during your first few weeks, and how to adapt to your new life abroad. You leave Nigeria fully aware and ready—not confused.

Post-arrival support

We don’t forget you once you board the plane. After arrival, we help you open a local bank account, get a SIM card and data, look for part-time jobs, and connect with Nigerian student communities. We understand that settling in is just as important as getting there.

Spouse and Dependant Support

If you’re traveling with your spouse or children, we help you get everything in order. From guiding you through the correct documents to choosing the right visa categories and even planning accommodation and schools for your family—we make sure no one gets left out or left behind.

Permanent Residency (PR) Roadmap

Studying abroad isn’t the end goal. Staying successfully is. We help you understand your options after graduation, such as post-study work permits and PR pathways in countries like Canada and Australia. We walk you through what mistakes to avoid and how to prepare early, so you don’t miss your chance to stay legally and permanently.

Change of Country of status

Things change, and sometimes your first plan doesn’t work. If you want to switch from a visitor visa to a study visa, transfer to another school, or even change your destination country entirely, we help you exit cleanly and restart smartly. We’ve done it before, and we’ll guide you through it too.

IELTS, TOEFL and language test preparation

English exams shouldn’t be the reason you lose your opportunity. We connect you with accredited IELTS and TOEFL prep centers and help you find affordable online options with real practice tests. You’ll learn how to approach the exams with confidence and strategy—not guesswork.

Everything you need prepared in advance

You don’t have to wait until the last minute to know what to bring. If you’re applying for undergraduate studies, you’ll need your WAEC, international passport, and a simple motivation letter. If you’re applying for a Master’s program, you’ll need your BSc, transcript, WAEC or NECO, SOP, CV, reference letters, and passport data page. Don’t worry—we’ll walk you through each one, so nothing is missing.

Required Documentations

If you’re applying for an undergraduate program, you’ll need your WAEC result, a valid international passport, and a short letter of motivation explaining why you want to study abroad.

For postgraduate (Master’s) applications, the requirements are more detailed. You’ll need your BSc certificate, academic transcript, a well-structured CV, and a clearly written Statement of Purpose (SOP). In addition, most schools will ask for reference letters, your WAEC or NECO result, and the data page of your international passport.
